"You need a lawyer and doctor once in a while, a farmer you need three times a day."
Sylvia is a certified organic farmer with more than 10 years experience. She made a decision to grow safe food in her kitchen garden for her young family when she learned how unsafe chemical inputs were to their health.
Sylvia and Wanjiru Macharia talk about the interconnection between food and health. They discuss how affordable and achievable organic healthy food should be for everyone. As both being mothers, farmers, and business women, they both highlight how important it is to give the next generation access to good food and profound knowledge about food production.
