Founder at Farm to Feed
Claire is the founder and CEO of Farm to Feed, a charity that collects food waste (food rescue) from farms, in order to donate it to food-insecure groups. The social business, that was added later on, sells food to impact-driven organizations.
In the interview, Claire talks extensively about the topic of food waste, her charity, which focuses on the prevention of food waste and feeding food insecure groups, and the link between food waste and climate change.

Thank you for educating us on how wasting food leads to a waste of scarce resources like water, wastes land and even contributes more to global warming than the carbon emitted from planes. I have learnt, I am challenged and promise to change and educate other people too.
