Ammi is originally from the Caribbean and works at ABI-Organic Agriculture Ltd. He advises farmers to grow food organically and provides them with knowledge and exposure to technology. He also runs a vegan restaurant called soulvegKenya, he is a farmer himself and a successful musician under the name of “Ammi the Veggie Man”.
In the Summit, Ammi explains to us what good soil quality is and how we can build good soil, regardless of the space available.
He explains to us how healthy soil is connected to a healthy environment and to healthy humanity. Be ready for a mixture of science, music, and food.
